Voltage Levels and Capacity Characteristics

High-Voltage Application Range: Distribution cabinets are typically suitable for voltage levels of 6kV to 10kV. Some high-voltage distribution cabinets can support high-voltage systems from 3.6kV to 550kV, suitable for substations, large industrial plants, and other high-voltage power supply network terminals.

Large Capacity Support: Through multi-circuit design and integration of large circuit breakers (such as VD4 and VS1 series) and busbar systems, a single cabinet can support a capacity of 100kW to 300kW. Multiple cabinets can be paralleled, expanding to megawatt-level loads. Suitable for distribution rooms or large generator control centers with a single transformer capacity ≥1250kVA.

Centralized Power Distribution and Control: As an upstream power distribution node, the distribution cabinet centrally distributes electrical energy to nearby loads or downstream equipment (such as distribution boxes), achieving multiple high-power outputs through busbar branches.

Advanced Protection Mechanisms: Integrated circuit breakers and fuses provide short-circuit/overload protection. The high-voltage cabinet is additionally equipped with a five-proof interlocking system (such as preventing live closing and accidental entry into energized compartments), achieving a protection level of IP3X/IP4X (protection against intrusion of solid foreign objects >2.5mm/>1mm), ensuring safety in high-dust industrial environments.

Intelligent Monitoring and Management: The precision distribution cabinet supports real-time parameter monitoring (current, voltage), fault recording, and energy efficiency optimization, suitable for high-reliability scenarios such as data centers.
