A prefabricated substation mainly consists of three functional units, typically arranged in a "" (pin) or "" (mu) shape.
1. High-voltage distribution unit: Responsible for receiving external high-voltage power, mainly including high-voltage circuit breakers, high-voltage disconnect switches, and high-voltage fuses.
2. Transformer unit: The core is the distribution transformer, whose function is to step down high-voltage electricity (e.g., 10kV) to low-voltage electricity (e.g., 0.4kV) to meet user electricity needs.
3. Low-voltage distribution unit: Distributes and protects the stepped-down low-voltage electricity, mainly including low-voltage circuit breakers, low-voltage disconnect switches, metering devices, and reactive power compensation devices.
