Do you need a power unit that is ready to operate right after delivery? Our integrated substation is designed for this purpose. We complete all assembly and testing at our factory. Once delivered, you only need to connect the cables and power it on.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Our factory has 20 years of experience and covers over 10,000 square meters. We employ 135 workers, including 26 technical staff. We also hold ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications. These certifications help you meet the requirements of your end customers.
Built Strong for Any Outdoor Environment
This integrated substation is suitable for urban buildings, residential areas, factories, parks, oil fields, airports, and railways.
You can choose from four enclosure materials: aluminum alloy, steel plate, composite board, or cement. The double-layer roof reduces heat from sunlight. We also install cooling and anti-condensation systems inside the unit. This ensures stable operation in both humid southern regions and cold northern climates.
Concerned about hot summers? Our cooling system keeps the internal components within a safe operating temperature.
Quality Assurance and Service Commitment
We ensure quality through a three-step inspection process: self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection. Every integrated substation undergoes a 100% full inspection before leaving the factory.
We offer a one-year warranty. If any parts are damaged during transportation, we will provide replacements free of charge. Third-party inspections are also supported.
We provide OEM and ODM services. You can customize the enclosure color and add your logo to suit your local market, helping to strengthen your brand.
